When you enrolled for a dance course with us you willing provided us with your Full name, email address, contact telephone number, post code and where you heard about us .
We use this information to create a class register to monitor attendance records, add you to our WhatsApp groups in order to provide you with event notices, class cancellations, company promotions, and resources, add you to our Email Marketing Database to receive our Newsletters or to contact you by telephone or email regarding your activities with us.
WhatsApp: When you registered as a client of Academia de Salsa UK Ltd you consented to be added to a WhatsApp group managed by us. Your name, profile photo, mobile telephone number and public activity on the Student WhatsApp Group will be visible to other members of that WhatsApp Group. You are free to leave the group at any time by following the ‘leave group’ action on WhatsApp’s platform. Your telephone number and full name will continue to be held on your client record unless you request it to be deleted.

If, as determined by us, the lawful basis upon which we process your personal information changes, we will notify you about the change and any new lawful basis to be used if required. We shall stop processing your personal information if the lawful basis used is no longer relevant.

Email Marketing Messages, Notifications & Subscription

Where used, such marketing messages may record a range of data such as; times, dates, I.P addresses, opens, clicks, forwards, geographic and demographic data.
