Salsa en la Playa! Fiesta Latina! (Sept)

We are delighted to bring to you a delightful evening celebrating Cuban culture in the seaside town of Troon! 

The Fox , only a few block from the seafront is the perfect setting with a fantastic sound system and wooden dancefloor.

It's only 35 mins away by train ( the station is a 10 min walk from The Fox) or 40 min drive from Glasgow. 

On arrival you will be served a drink of your choice: Cuba Libre, Mojito or Caiparinha

There will be a short Introduction to Salsa by Academia de Salsa followed by a meal featuring the popular and delicious Cuban dish referred to as Ropa Vieja con arroz, which will be served with rice ( por supuesto!).

We are buzzing to have been able to book Ricardo Pompa Fernandez ( lead singer of Salsa Celtica and Son al Son) as he has just returned from touring with his band in Cuba! 

The tables will be pushed aside and a dance floor cleared as you will want to be able to shake and shimmy away to the vibrant set delivered by Ricardo and Academia de Salsa DJs!
